How does it work?
We meet regularly (weekly) through video meeting to practice and discuss. I will upload all of your videos and practice notes on your personal landing page. This way, everything is organized and accessible anytime.

When we all went online last year, I was a little skeptical, after all, I'm a bit of an old-school yoga teacher.
I've been really impressed by the advantages of teaching online.
Definitely the fun part! Analyzing your movement, grabbing screenshots, making adjustments, test/retesting gives you measurable results.

不管是身體上的自知（練習了十年瑜珈，透過某些八肢體式我才知道自己的手臂在平均比例上是短的）；還是對自己心理健康上的自知（每天的瑜珈經教程，透過 Adarsh 或同學們分享的許多故事，找到思考的關鍵，重新看待「做選擇」這件事，練習同理心），在這短短的200小時進修裡，對「自我、本我、高我」徹底地有更深一層的體悟，也開始更溫柔的對待自己，對待周遭的人事物。Adarsh 常常戲稱他的前半生是個叛逆不羈的少年，也正是他開始練習瑜珈的契機——畢竟天生就很 peaceful 的人，可能不是這麼急迫需要瑜珈來洗鍊耐性與潛心悟道吧？哈哈！其實誰不是有自己不能被踩的點呢？每個進入TT教室的修行者，都是懂得虛懷若谷來學習，為自己解開這些枷鎖的瑜伽行者。
I’ve been practicing Ashtanga yoga for the last ten years. I met Adarsh in Taiwan Space yoga. He is an authentic and knowledgeable yoga teacher with an easy going and very positive personality. The atmosphere of the mysore room led by Adarsh is always relaxing and non-competitive making the practice so much easier and fun. His incredible and intelligent adjustments amazed me each time because they were so gentle and effortless but yet extremely precise and effective. Even with advanced postures, I was able to go deeper and be more open in a very safe and calming way under his adjustments.
Adarsh’s enthusiasm, continuous dedication and study of ashtanga yoga inspired me to keep on my practice as well. Ashtanga yoga can be demanding yet rewarding built upon discipline, which I personally find the key to success.
I’m very thankful for all the classes I could spend with Adarsh.
